Job Summary
Providing support for BirchStreet operations, the full-time FLEX Manager will manage helpdesk workflows, resolve user issues, and support hotel onboarding while ensuring timely responses to tickets within stated SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support during the onboarding of properties to the new system
- Serve as the primary contact for properties in resolving daily user issues
- Create and manage a system to track and oversee all incoming helpdesk tickets and escalations
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or procurement functions
- Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay platforms, preferably BirchStreet
- Customer service experience supporting technology systems or large enterprise programs
