Job Summary
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Specialist to provide technical support for mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance through various channels
- Troubleshoot problems, assist customers, and coordinate technical support
- Log service requests and incidents in an incident management system, maintaining service level agreements
Required Qualifications and Education
- Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship
- Active Secret clearance is required
- 0-3 years of experience in Helpdesk/ServiceDesk or equivalent customer service experience
- Experience with incident management ticketing systems such as Remedy or ServiceNow
- Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule for 24/7 support
