Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Specialist to provide technical support for mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
  • Troubleshoot problems, assist customers, and coordinate technical support
  • Log service requests and incidents in an incident management system and maintain service level agreements
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship
  • Active Secret clearance is required
  • 0-3 years of experience in Helpdesk/ServiceDesk/Call Center or equivalent customer service experience
  • Experience with Incident Management Ticketing Systems such as Remedy or ServiceNow
  • Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule for 24/7 support
