Job Summary
A company is looking for a Helpdesk/Desktop Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues in a Windows 11 environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Office Suite
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships within Active Directory
Required Qualifications
- Experience in providing technical support in a Windows environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
- Knowledge of Active Directory management
- Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting
- Experience with remote support tools
