Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk/Desktop Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues in a Windows 11 environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Office Suite
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships within Active Directory
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in providing technical support in a Windows environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Knowledge of Active Directory management
  • Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting
  • Experience with remote support tools
