Job Summary
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide customer service and technical support for applications and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for application-related issues across web and mobile platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user interface, functionality, and system compatibility
- Monitor application performance, identify patterns, and propose solutions to recurrent issues
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Windows 10, 7, and Microsoft Office
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundations, A+, or HDI Support Center Analyst (HDI-SCA) are desired
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
