Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Support Specialist to support the VA's DBRS team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technological solutions and advice to clients based on their needs
  • Develop functional and system design specifications for client engagements
  • Collaborate with developers to establish technical vision and analyze usability and performance tradeoffs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting the VA and/or DBRS
  • Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment with high accuracy
  • Capability to support a diverse range of users with various issues
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance
