Job Summary
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Support Specialist to support the VA's DBRS team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technological solutions and advice to clients based on their needs
- Develop functional and system design specifications for client engagements
- Collaborate with developers to establish technical vision and analyze usability and performance tradeoffs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting the VA and/or DBRS
- Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment with high accuracy
- Capability to support a diverse range of users with various issues
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance
