Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Support Specialist 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve technology issues reported by staff
  • Create and maintain documentation of standard processes
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members
Required Qualifications
  • Two years of experience in desktop support services or equivalent education and experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Office Application Suite
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware setup and repair
  • Familiarity with operating system deployment and incident management technologies
  • Ability to provide training and support to end staff
