Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve technology issues reported by staff
- Create and maintain documentation of standard processes
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience in desktop support services or equivalent education and experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Office Application Suite
- Basic understanding of computer hardware setup and repair
- Familiarity with operating system deployment and incident management technologies
- Ability to provide training and support to end staff
