Job Summary
Providing technical assistance to users, the full-time Helpdesk Support Technician will manage support requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and respond to support tickets in a timely manner

- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles
Required qualifications
- Experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
