Job Summary
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join their Remote Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client technical issues via chat, voice, SMS, and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve device, software, and connectivity issues
- Document issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system
Required Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic Windows Server interaction
- Experience with user provisioning and management in systems like Okta and Entra
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 user account setup and mailbox troubleshooting
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues with desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Understanding of device network connectivity and VPNs
