Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join their Remote Support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client technical issues via chat, voice, SMS, and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve device, software, and connectivity issues
  • Document issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system
Required Qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic Windows Server interaction
  • Experience with user provisioning and management in systems like Okta and Entra
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 user account setup and mailbox troubleshooting
  • Skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues with desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Understanding of device network connectivity and VPNs
