Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical end-user support via telephone, email, or web chat
  • Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems
  • Track incidents and calls, ensuring accurate data entry into the database
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or vocational training in IT-related courses is a plus
  • Minimum of two years of college completed or a Diploma/Certificate course finished
  • Familiarity with PC hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Prior experience in Software Application support or Technical Support is a plus
  • Willingness to work in different shifts
