Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain servers, workstations, networking equipment, and software applications
- Provide technical support services to customers over the phone
- Monitor customer system environments and escalate technical issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) work experience in a customer-focused IT Help Desk position
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain servers, workstations, and Microsoft Windows 10 software applications
- Proven Active Directory experience
- Willingness to work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with a rotating on-call and holiday schedule
