Job Summary
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician II to provide end-user support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional end-user support via telephone, email, or web submissions
- Resolve end-user problems through restorative or maintenance actions
- Track incidents and calls, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the database
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office/O365
- Experience with VPN troubleshooting and browser troubleshooting, specifically Chrome
- Familiarity with SCCM, Adobe, Cisco WebEx, and MAC troubleshooting
