Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician II to provide end-user support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional end-user support via telephone, email, or web submissions
  • Resolve end-user problems through restorative or maintenance actions
  • Track incidents and calls, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the database
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office/O365
  • Experience with VPN troubleshooting and browser troubleshooting, specifically Chrome
  • Familiarity with SCCM, Adobe, Cisco WebEx, and MAC troubleshooting
