Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to provide technical assistance and support for IT-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process service requests and escalate issues as necessary using ConnectWise Manage
  • Provide helpdesk support for hardware, software, and networking issues via phone or remote access
  • Assist in troubleshooting, implementing new software, and setting up equipment for new users
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or in a customer support role
  • Technical proficiency with office automation products, databases, and remote control software
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
