Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and maintain servers, workstations, networking equipment, and software applications
  • Provide technical support services to customers via phone
  • Monitor customer system environments and escalate technical issues as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-focused IT Help Desk position
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain servers, workstations, and networking equipment
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Willingness to work a rotating on-call and holiday schedule
