Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain servers, workstations, networking equipment, and software applications
- Provide technical support services to customers via phone
- Monitor customer system environments and escalate technical issues as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-focused IT Help Desk position
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain servers, workstations, and networking equipment
- Experience with Active Directory
- Willingness to work a rotating on-call and holiday schedule
