Job Summary
Providing technical end-user support, the full-time Helpdesk Technician will assist users via telephone, email, or web chat, while tracking incidents and resolving issues in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users through various communication channels
- Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve user problems
- Accurately track incidents and calls by entering data into the database promptly
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or vocational training in IT-related courses is a plus
- Minimum of two years of college completed or a Diploma/Certificate course finished
- Familiarity with PC hardware and software troubleshooting
- Prior experience in software application support or BPO technical support is a plus
- Willingness to work in different shifts and handle multiple calls daily
