Job Summary

Providing technical end-user support, the full-time Helpdesk Technician will assist users via telephone, email, or web chat, while tracking incidents and resolving issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to end-users through various communication channels
  • Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve user problems
  • Accurately track incidents and calls by entering data into the database promptly
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or vocational training in IT-related courses is a plus
  • Minimum of two years of college completed or a Diploma/Certificate course finished
  • Familiarity with PC hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Prior experience in software application support or BPO technical support is a plus
  • Willingness to work in different shifts and handle multiple calls daily
