Job Summary
To support a high-volume call center environment, the remote Helpdesk Technician will respond to customer technical issues related to software and applications while being flexible with scheduling across various shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer technical problems via phone and online support
- Provide PC software and application support in a fast-paced environment
- Manage high call volumes while maintaining service quality
Required qualifications
- Previous IT experience or relevant education is required
- Ability to pass a technical screening
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including odd hours
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
