Key responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to computer users via various communication methods
  • Resolve computer problems and answer questions regarding hardware and software
  • Assist with the installation and use of operating systems and applications
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Six years of experience in a similar role
  • Must meet IAT-II requirements
  • Active Security clearance
