Job Summary
Providing technical assistance to computer users, the full-time salaried Helpdesk Technician will resolve computer problems and answer questions for clients remotely, ensuring effective use of hardware and software.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to computer users via various communication methods
- Resolve computer problems and answer questions regarding hardware and software
- Assist with the installation and use of operating systems and applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Six years of experience in a similar role
- Must meet IAT-II requirements
- Active Security clearance
