Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional end-user support via telephone, email, or web submissions
- Track incidents and calls, entering data into the database timely and accurately
- Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and Active Directory
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office / O365 and browser troubleshooting
- Experience with SCCM and MAC troubleshooting
