Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional end-user support via telephone, email, or web submits
  • Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems
  • Track incidents and calls, entering data into the database timely and accurately
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and Active Directory
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office / O365 and browser troubleshooting
  • Experience with SCCM and MAC troubleshooting
