Key Responsibilities

Communicate the clinical profile of BESREMi and address barriers in patient care
Develop territory business plans and specific account/prescriber action plans to achieve sales goals
Utilize data and CRM tools to evaluate plans and track customer status for sales progression

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, particularly in hematology
Proven track record of hematology oncology sales experience
Experience in new product launches is required
Preferred experience in a start-up environment and specialty pharmacy knowledge
