Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hematology Account Manager - Overlay.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate the clinical profile of products and address barriers to key customers in hematology oncology
• Develop and execute territory business plans and account action plans to meet sales objectives
• Utilize data and CRM tools to track customer status and adapt strategies as needed

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, particularly in hematology or oncology
• Proven track record of sales experience in academic and community-based institutions
• Experience in new product launches and understanding of commercial functions preferred
• Ability to navigate the sales cycle, including patient identification and overcoming access barriers
