Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hematology Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate the clinical profile of products and address barriers in hematology oncology patient care
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize sales and meet business objectives
• Utilize data and CRM tools to assess customer status and track sales progress

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, particularly in hematology or rare diseases
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven track record in hematology oncology sales and existing relationships with key customers
• Experience in new product launches and understanding of commercial functions preferred
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and maintain high ethical standards
