Hematology Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hematology Account Manager - Overlay.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate the clinical profile of products and address barriers in hematology oncology patient care
• Develop and execute territory business plans and account/prescriber action plans to achieve sales goals
• Utilize data and CRM tools to track customer status and adjust strategies as needed

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, particularly in hematology or rare diseases
• Track record of hematology oncology sales experience in academic and community institutions
• Experience in new product launches and familiarity with commercial functions preferred
• Ability to navigate the sales cycle and develop new leads autonomously
