Job Summary
To drive sales for the commercial product BESREMi, the full-time Hematology Account Manager will be responsible for all sales activities in a designated geographical area, focusing on promoting PharmaEssentia products to targeted customers while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate the clinical profile of BESREMi and address barriers to key customers involved in hematology oncology patient care
- Develop and execute territory business plans to meet customer needs and exceed business objectives
- Utilize data and CRM tools to assess customer status and track progress against sales plans
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, particularly in hematology or rare diseases
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven track record of hematology oncology sales experience in academic and community-based institutions
- Experience with new product launches and existing relationships with key customers
- Ability to navigate the sales cycle, including patient identification and overcoming access barriers
