Job Summary
To maximize sales achievement for the commercial product BESREMi, the full-time Hematology Account Manager will promote PharmaEssentia products to targeted customers and distribution channels while residing in the Hartford, CT or Yonkers, NY area.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate the clinical profile of BESREMi and address barriers to key customers in hematology oncology
- Develop and execute territory business plans and account action plans to meet established goals
- Utilize data and CRM tools to assess customer status and track sales progress
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, particularly in hematology or oncology
- Proven track record of sales experience in academic and community-based institutions
- Experience in new product launches and understanding of commercial functions
- Ability to navigate the sales cycle, including patient identification and overcoming access barriers
