Hematology Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Hematology Account Manager, the full-time remote position will manage sales activities for the commercial product BESREMi, focusing on building relationships with hematology and oncology professionals to drive product adoption and maximize sales in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate the clinical profile of BESREMi and address barriers to adoption with key customers
• Develop and execute territory business plans and account action plans to achieve sales goals
• Utilize data and CRM tools to assess customer status and adapt strategies as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, specifically in hematology or oncology
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven track record of hematology oncology sales experience in academic and community settings
• Experience with new product launches and existing relationships with key customers
• Ability to navigate the sales cycle, including patient identification and overcoming access barriers
