Hematology Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Hematology Account Manager, the full-time remote position will manage sales for the commercial product BESREMi, focusing on building relationships with hematology and oncology professionals while executing strategic territory plans to maximize sales achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate the clinical profile of BESREMi and address barriers to treatment adoption with key customers
• Develop and execute territory business plans based on customer needs and market dynamics
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer status and sales plans while ensuring compliance with administrative requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, particularly in hematology or oncology
• Proven track record of sales experience in academic and community-based institutions
• Experience with new product launches and relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Ability to navigate the sales cycle, including patient identification and overcoming access barriers
