Job Summary
To maximize sales achievement for the commercial product BESREMi, the full-time Hematology Account Manager will promote PharmaEssentia products to targeted customers and distribution channels, focusing on building strategic territory plans while residing in the Manhattan, NY or Newark, NJ area.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate the clinical profile of BESREMi and address barriers to key customers in hematology oncology
- Develop and execute territory business plans and account action plans to meet established sales goals
- Utilize data and CRM tools to assess customer status and track progress against sales plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, particularly in hematology or oncology
- Proven track record of sales experience in academic and community-based institutions
- Experience with new product launches and existing relationships with key customers
- Ability to navigate the sales cycle, including patient identification and overcoming access barriers
