Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Hematology Account Manager, the full-time remote position will drive sales for the commercial product BESREMi by promoting it to targeted customers and distribution channels, while executing strategic territory plans to enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate the clinical profile of BESREMi and address barriers to key customers in hematology oncology
- Develop and implement territory business plans to meet sales objectives through collaboration and analytics
- Utilize data and CRM tools to evaluate and adjust sales strategies in response to market dynamics
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, particularly in hematology or rare diseases
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven track record of hematology oncology sales experience and existing relationships with key customers
- Experience in new product launches and understanding of commercial functions preferred
- Ability to navigate the sales cycle, including patient identification and overcoming access barriers
