Hematology Account Manager

Job Summary

To maximize sales achievement for the commercial product BESREMi, the full-time Hematology Account Manager will promote PharmaEssentia's products to targeted customers and distribution channels while residing in the Sacramento, CA or Eugene, OR area.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate the clinical profile of BESREMi and address barriers to key customers involved in hematology oncology patient care
• Develop territory business plans and specific account/prescriber action plans to meet established goals
• Utilize data and CRM tools to evaluate and adjust sales plans in response to evolving business dynamics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, specifically in hematology or rare diseases
• Proven track record of hematology oncology sales experience in academic and community-based institutions
• Experience in new product launches and understanding of commercial functions preferred
• Ability to navigate the entire sales cycle and develop new leads autonomously across large territories
