Hematology Business Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Hematology Business Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on maximizing sales of the commercial product BESREMi by promoting it to targeted customers and distribution channels while covering two geographical territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate the clinical profile of BESREMi to key customers and address barriers in patient care
• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans and account action plans to achieve sales goals
• Utilize data and CRM tools to assess customer status and track progress against sales plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, particularly in hematology or oncology
• Proven track record of hematology oncology sales experience in academic and community settings
• Experience in new product launches and existing relationships with key customers
• Ability to navigate the sales cycle and understand patient access and reimbursement barriers
