HEOR Director

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of US HEOR strategy for targeted assets, the full-time remote HEOR Director will manage innovative study designs, provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with payer requirements to optimize product value and reimbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HEOR strategies for products, including the design and reporting of HEOR studies to demonstrate product value
• Provide strategic HEOR direction and feedback to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and evidence requirements
• Oversee the integration of payer needs into HEOR research plans and communicate HEOR strategies across global teams

Required qualifications

• PhD or Doctoral degree in a relevant clinical discipline with formal training in HEOR
• Minimum of ten years of experience in managed markets, health economics, and outcomes research
• Two to three years of project leadership experience
• Significant expertise in pharmacoeconomic analyses and observational research
• Strong analytical skills and ability to lead strategically with a business perspective
