Job Summary
Seeking a well-rounded HEOR Researcher, this full-time remote position will focus on conducting research to analyze medication adherence, evaluate the impact of interventions, and quantify opportunities for improvement using real-world health data.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and conduct studies to identify drivers of medication adherence and non-adherence
- Build and interpret multivariable statistical models to analyze significant factors affecting adherence across different populations
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of Arine's programs on adherence, quality, and cost outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Economics, Health Economics, Health Services Research, Epidemiology, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years of experience conducting research with real-world healthcare data at a population level
- Hands-on proficiency with SQL, R, and Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong applied statistics skills, including building and interpreting multivariable models
- Working knowledge of causal inference methods for observational data analysis
