HEOR Strategy Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEOR Strategy Associate Director to lead HEOR strategy and tactics for a gene therapy launch asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management and execution of HEOR strategies, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams
• Design and conduct real-world evidence studies to support market access strategies
• Support the development of economic models for cost-effectiveness and budget impact analysis

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or Fellowship in Health Economics or a related field; PhD preferred
• 3-7 years of HEOR experience in the pharmaceutical industry, CRO, or health-related consulting
• Demonstrated success in core HEOR specialties such as epidemiology and health services research
• Ability to lead health economics projects with minimal oversight
• Experience in Eye Care is highly desirable
