Job Summary

A company is looking for a Heroku Business Consultant to assist with customer inquiries and account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key business and IT stakeholders to understand their goals and priorities
• Provide proactive recommendations to help customers achieve their business outcomes using Salesforce
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful solutions for customers, including technical product enablement

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree (or equivalent)
• Experience deploying applications on Heroku
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in Technical Sales, Technology Consulting, or related fields
• Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms
• Knowledge of the software development process and design methodologies
