HFC Phaseout Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategist, HFC Refrigerant Phaseout and Energy Efficient Cooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to phase out HFC refrigerants and enhance energy efficiency in cooling products
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the cooling and HFC ecosystems, including NGOs, government officials, and industry experts
• Manage grant processes, including identifying potential grantees and overseeing program budgets

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of HFC phasedown policy and energy efficiency
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant program and project management experience
• Advanced degree in engineering, public policy, sustainability, or a related field is preferred
• Strong foundation in climate change, including its technical, political, and economic aspects
