Job Summary

To drive growth in the Hi-Tech sector, the full-time Business Development Director will build and manage a pipeline of new and existing accounts, qualifying opportunities and progressing them to signed engagements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Build new-logo pipeline within the Hi-Tech sector ICP
  • Carry qualified opportunities from introduction to proposal and close
  • Expand existing Hi-Tech accounts by identifying whitespace and partnering with delivery on follow-on engagements
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of enterprise services/digital engineering/consulting sales in the US Hi-Tech/SaaS market
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline through outbound, account research, and trusted-advisor positioning
  • Ability to add immediate value to the pipeline with warm prospects or active conversations
  • Comfort with technical buyers and credible conversation on AI, modernization, and delivery economics
  • Process discipline in account planning, pipeline hygiene, and accurate forecasting
