High NA EUV Equipment Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the installation and optimization of High NA EUV Track equipment, the full-time remote Equipment Engineer will ensure flawless process integration while collaborating with global teams and mentoring junior engineers in the semiconductor industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead equipment hardware projects and installations to meet future process requirements
• Develop and optimize advanced photolithography track recipes for new memory parts
• Identify and resolve equipment-related issues using failure analysis and other methodologies

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 4 years of experience in photolithography track equipment development and maintenance
• Demonstrated expertise with High NA EUV Photo Track hardware and process control systems
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and interpret complex schematic diagrams
• Experience with failure analysis methodologies (FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC)
