Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time High NA EUV Scanner Engineer will manage the performance of High NA EUV scanners, lead equipment lifecycle activities, and drive improvements in imaging stability and defectivity while working remotely from New York.
Key responsibilities
- Own High NA EUV scanner performance, ensuring availability, reliability, and efficiency
- Lead equipment lifecycle activities, including installation, upgrades, and issue resolution
- Drive monitoring and improvement of imaging stability, overlay, focus, and defectivity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting sophisticated semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Hands-on experience with lithography equipment and performance monitoring
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex technical investigations
- Experience collaborating multi-functionally with vendors and process teams
