Job Summary

A company is looking for a High Net Wealth Senior Organizer to lead programming and organizing efforts for high net wealth individuals and family foundations.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and implement programming for High Net Wealth and Family Philanthropy members, maintaining relationships and providing support
• Coordinate and manage virtual Praxis groups, curriculum development, and outreach efforts
• Collaborate with external partners and manage relationships with presenters and coaches in social justice philanthropy

Required Qualifications and Education

• 2+ years of experience in community organizing and mobilizing a base
• 2+ years of experience in grassroots or individual donor fundraising
• 2+ years of facilitation experience in political education
• Strong program management skills with the ability to build trust across diverse groups
• Commitment to racial and economic justice with a focus on transformative organizing
