Job Summary

A company is looking for a High Net Worth Wealth Management Business Underwriter - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze credit and collateral documents to issue lending decisions
• Perform high-quality analysis of jumbo residential mortgage files, including credit, income, and asset evaluations
• Provide written summaries of loan findings, documenting exceptions and compensating factors

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of current mortgage underwriting experience, preferably with jumbo mortgages
• BA/BS degree or equivalent education and experience
• Advanced skills in tax return analysis and residential appraisal review
• Knowledge of CFPB's Ability to Repay standard requirements
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
