High Net Worth Underwriter

Job Summary

To build and grow a new High-Net-Worth Personal Lines book of business, the full-time Binding Authority Underwriter will evaluate and underwrite complex personal lines risks, develop relationships with retail agents, and manage the underwriting process remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite new business and renewals, analyzing exposures and preparing competitive quotations
• Develop and expand relationships with retail insurance agents and brokers to generate new business opportunities
• Build a profitable High-Net-Worth Personal Lines portfolio while monitoring performance and driving premium growth

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance experience in Personal Lines Underwriting, Binding Authority Underwriting, or related fields
• Experience in developing relationships with insurance agents and negotiating coverage solutions
• Working knowledge of Personal Lines products and coverages
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain business relationships
• Strong presentation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
