High School Academic Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a High School Academic Coach specializing in Literacy, STEM, or Humanities.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach learners, facilitating workshops and providing feedback
• Collaborate with the Head of School to refine and execute the high school curriculum vision
• Support diverse learner needs and create structures to facilitate academic success

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with high school learners (grades 9-12)
• Familiarity with educational technology tools, including Google Suite
• Experience in special needs instruction, college & career programming, or guidance counseling is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote team environment
