High School Academic Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HS Academic Director to oversee academic programs and ensure alignment with educational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee curriculum to meet educational standards and align with the school's mission
• Lead faculty recruitment, training, and professional development to foster effective online teaching
• Monitor student performance and success, analyzing data to improve academic interventions

Required Qualifications

• BA or MA in a related field; Doctoral Degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in teaching and/or academic leadership in online/hybrid modalities
• Expertise in state graduation requirements and curriculum strategy
• Strong understanding of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
• Experience in online content development is highly desirable
