Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle, the full-time High Velocity Account Executive will manage prospecting to closing deals while partnering with business leaders to deliver product demonstrations and solve hiring challenges in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build pipeline through outbound activity and strategic outreach
- Run discovery calls to uncover business pain points and deliver engaging product demos
- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals while maintaining a high-activity approach
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of proven sales success in SaaS or high-velocity environments
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence engaging with business decision-makers
- HCM, HR tech, or recruiting software experience is a plus
