Job Summary

Owning the full sales cycle, the full-time High Velocity Account Executive will manage prospecting to closing deals while partnering with business leaders to deliver product demonstrations and solve hiring challenges in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build pipeline through outbound activity and strategic outreach
  • Run discovery calls to uncover business pain points and deliver engaging product demos
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals while maintaining a high-activity approach
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of proven sales success in SaaS or high-velocity environments
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence engaging with business decision-makers
  • HCM, HR tech, or recruiting software experience is a plus
