Supporting production needs in a remote capacity, the full-time High Voltage Team Lead will manage production control and planning, ensuring a seamless flow of materials from raw to finished goods while coordinating training and troubleshooting processes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate production flow related to raw materials and finished goods transfer
- Facilitate training for new hires and provide feedback on their progress
- Participate in the DHP process and verify hour-by-hour production rates
Required qualifications
