• Manage the recruitment process for clinical hourly positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Efficiently handle multiple requisitions to meet staffing needs and ensure high-quality hires
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates through various sourcing methods

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Proven track record of successfully filling clinical hourly positions on a high-volume basis
