Job Summary

To support high-volume hiring needs, the full-time remote High Volume Contract Recruiter will manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume positions, ensuring timely and efficient candidate placements
• Source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing strategies
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
