Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Recruiter who specializes in high-volume recruiting within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 20-30+ active requisitions simultaneously across various roles
- Drive full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, ensuring compliance and structured interview practices
- Build pipelines for critical roles and coach hiring managers on selection and accountability
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Experience managing 20+ open requisitions at a time
- Strong sourcing skills, particularly with LinkedIn and Indeed
- Preferred experience in healthcare, sales, or multi-site organizations
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required
