Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Recruiter who specializes in high-volume recruiting within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 20-30+ active requisitions simultaneously across various roles
  • Drive full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, ensuring compliance and structured interview practices
  • Build pipelines for critical roles and coach hiring managers on selection and accountability
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
  • Experience managing 20+ open requisitions at a time
  • Strong sourcing skills, particularly with LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Preferred experience in healthcare, sales, or multi-site organizations
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required
