Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner - Contract (High Volume).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-volume candidate pipelines and the full recruitment life cycle to meet internal capacity needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates across multiple regions to ensure timely hiring results
  • Maintain compliance with organizational standards and engage candidates throughout complex processes
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting within high-volume environments
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
  • Proven ability in analytical talent assessment and stakeholder management
  • Creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced culture
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
