Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner - Contract (High Volume).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume candidate pipelines and the full recruitment life cycle to meet internal capacity needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates across multiple regions to ensure timely hiring results
- Maintain compliance with organizational standards and engage candidates throughout complex processes
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting within high-volume environments
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
- Proven ability in analytical talent assessment and stakeholder management
- Creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced culture
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
